Nancy Cassels
I was born and raised in Chatham Kent. I owned my own styling salon at age 21 and then at 30, I sold it to to go back to school to become a teacher which I did for 25 years and during that time and after retirement from the school board I owned and operated a large B&B for 23 years. I have always loved the arts, wishing that I could produce good art pieces. I did a lot of crafts in years gone by and am always wanting to learn hence the new desire to take up acrylics. I try a variety of styles and practice and practice. I love that I lose myself to another realm when I paint. I love the process even when I don’t like the piece.
